If there is one thing that surprised me most about HUNGER, it wasn’t the dark Napoleonic setting or the horrifying infected. It was how quickly the game punished every bad habit I had learned from years of playing traditional shooters. Most extraction games reward fast reactions and aggressive aim. HUNGER asks for something completely different….
